We worked with the team to shape a brand that feels trustworthy, helping ease the shift from the typical GP experience to something fully online. For many people, that kind of transition can feel impersonal or unfamiliar which is why every design choice, from accessible colour palettes to intuitive navigation, was created to build trust and give confidence in accessing care remotely.

Digital First is now a healthcare platform designed around what patients actually need. By removing the barriers of in-person appointments and focusing on clear, user-friendly design, it makes getting help with everyday health concerns faster, easier and far less stressful.
